Swanpoint Landing, Located in the Texas Coastal Town of Seadrift is a multi-acre land development. Gravitas was contracted by the General Manager to establish a vision for the new development including the formation of a updated marina, condominiums, and single family home sites.
Gravitas updated their existing brand, developed conceptual designs and renderings for the property, created a new marketing brochure and website featuring an animation marketing presentation highlighted the vision of this coastal development.
