90 Second Home Showcase Package. All inclusive for $2975 including:
30 – 40 seconds exterior footage, plus
50 – 60 of interior footage, plus
2 exterior still renderings, and 3 exteior renderings
Exterior includes virtual construction of:
Front Rear and 2 side elevations
Patio / Pool/ and or Deck
Individual Home site + Landscaping
Interior Areas includes virtual construction of:
Kitchen, Living room, Dining Room, Family Room or Den, and
Master Suite (Bedroom + Bathroom).
Built-ins and standard fixtures and appliances are included.
Multi image and animation package discounts available based on scope and schedule
*Pricing above is based on small commercial project with prepayment discount. Entourage elements, furnishings and landscaping may require an additional cost based on complexity. Please submit your project for an exact cost.

Step 1 – Submit your project information
Step 2 – We prepare a work order clearly defining scope, cost, and schedule
Step 3 – After your sign-off production begins
A “first draft” image is sent of each view for design and material placement review.
A “second draft” image is sent of each view for entourage and lighting review.
A low res “final draft” of each view is sent for any final comments.
The final high resolution images are delivered via email or ftp!
